I recently visited Sai Varam, a South Indian restaurant in Delhi, and had a truly satisfying experience. The idly was soft and fluffy, while the dosa was perfectly crisp and golden. Visited multiple times but they will not change.. Mis behave staff.. don't respect the customer and never care about the service.. they only need money.. they thing 70rs idli is something like they are serving for charity..
