I have been a regular customer of Sai Towers since the last 4 years. The staff is excellent, cooperative and the restaurant Love is my Form has a wonderful ambience. A must visit place in Prashanti Nilayam..

Other than buffering wifi, there is nothing bad about this hotel. Staff is excellent as they even helped my mother with a wheel chair to go to the mandir as she is 87 and can't walk much. Food is very well cooked. I was apprehensive post I read in some review that we need to avoid food here, rooms are not upto the mark etc. Not sure why they wrote that. I found everything beyond my expectations. Above all it is very close to mandir gate. Their parking is somewhere away from the hotel but the chauffeurs are very good and helpful. I did not meet any staff who was not well behaved. A big thank you to all of them. If Wifi would have been better it would have been a 5 star for sure. Service: 5
