We stayed at Sai Towers during the 100th Birthday celebrations and I cannot praise the staff highly enough. At a time when thousands of devotees filled the streets and the atmosphere outside was hectic the hotel itself was full of peace warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff went far beyond ordinary service and they set up a special buffet restaurant to accommodate the huge overflow of devotees ensuring that no one was ever turned away. Even with massive crowds every meal was served with calm efficiency kindness and a smile. Our room was provided with fresh bottles of mineral water every day and we were assisted promptly with anything we needed and were always greeted with a heartfelt Sai Ram. Their dedication patience and grace during such an intense period were truly remarkable. The food was excellent the prices very reasonable and the location could not be better as it is directly opposite the Prasanthi Nilayam Ashram at Ganesh Gate.I wholeheartedly recommend Sai Towers and I am deeply grateful to every member of the staff for making our stay not only comfortable but truly memorable and filled with Swamis love. Sairam. Three of us went yesterday night for dinner at SAI tower’s restaurant after Mandir Arathi and darshan . It was 8 pm. We ordered two masala dosa and one onion uthappam. All came chilling cold. It appeared as if they prepared hours ago. When told that the food was cold they just were keen on clearing the table rather than saying even SORRY. Worst experience. Would never recommend anyone. They claim it is a 2 star Hotel in their website. I really wonder.,
