Unfortunately the fish was a bit raw inside next to the spine and burned from outside. My suggestion as a professional chef is to clean the oil and prepare it with a lower flame. Anyway the flavour of it and the meals was ok. After eating it I had to go directly to the toilet so I hope they would care a bit more so they can improve the quality a bit. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
