I recently visited Sai Restaurant with high expectations for a delightful meal. Unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The Chicken Biryani resembled more of a pulao or khichdi, with just two pieces of chicken and an egg, and to my dismay, the chicken was undercooked. The Chicken Ghee Fry was indistinguishable from Chilli Chicken, and when I raised this concern, the manager, Mr. Das, chose to argue rather than address the issue. Lastly, the Chicken Leg Kabab was not only improperly cooked but also overpriced at ₹280 for a single piece, whereas other places offer two pieces for the same price. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality and service to truly reflect the rich culinary heritage of Rourkela.
