I visited Sai Chinese Corner, and what I saw in their open kitchen was absolutely revolting! The chef was digging his finger in his nose and then handling food without washing his hands. This happened right in front of everyone! If this is what they do openly, I can’t imagine how careless they are behind the scenes. Hygiene is the bare minimum a restaurant should maintain, and this place fails miserably. I walked out immediately, and I strongly advise others to stay away if you care about cleanliness and your health. Disappointed and disgusted!
