Tried their special dahi sev papdi chaat and it was absolutely heavenly. The dahi was incredibly smooth, and the blend of spices and chutneys was perfectly balanced. Every bite had the right mix of tang, crunch, and creaminess. Only one thing I felt could be better – the quantity. For ₹90, a slightly more generous serving would’ve made it perfect. Still, if you’re a chaat lover, this one’s definitely worth trying. Visited Bhalka Chat Centre in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar to try the famous SP Bhalka Chole Tikki and their Special Gujiya Dahi Wada. Both items were incredibly authentic in taste! The Special Gujiya Dahi Wada was a unique mix of spicy, cold, and sweet — a flavor combination you rarely find anywhere else. Highly recommended for chat lovers. A must-try spot!
