The quantity of the mutton thali at Hotel Sahyadri is quite good, offering generous portions. However, the quality of the rassa (gravy) needs improvement. The gravies for the non-veg dishes taste very similar and don’t seem to be cooked with the mutton itself, which affects the overall flavor. The taste just doesn’t reach the level you'd expect, and a bit more variation in the gravies could really elevate the experience.
