A specific issue with Saharsh Udupi Grand. Their food is too too too spicy. They add chillies as if they grow it in their own garden for free. If Sambhar has nothing but chillies then even chutneys are less chitney and more chilly. I mean make it for yourself if you want chillies to be dancing over your idlis but people who want taste, and flavour can do without it. If they continue to be making mediocre chilly fields in the name of sambhar & chutney then I'll have to stop ordering from the place. High time you stop catering to your own tastes and listen to the consumer who actually needs a fire brigade post ordering the dishes.
