I used to visit Apna Dhaba regularly with my colleagues and friends about ten years ago, so returning after all this time brought back a wave of nostalgia. However, I noticed quite a few changes. We went for a lunch get-together, and while the ambiance remained familiar, it felt different overall. The lighting was quite dim, and there were two large screens blasting loud music, making it nearly impossible to have a conversation. The menu still featured the same items, but the taste was disappointing, likely due to changes in management. As for the service, it seemed lacking; we had to serve ourselves after the initial table setting. Overall, it wasn’t the same Apna Dhaba I fondly remembered.
