I had a terrible experience at Sagar Ratna. what truly ruined my visit was the staff's attitude. They were incredibly rude, dismissive, and made me feel unwelcome. When I politely asked them to reheat the food in microwave for our 2.5 yr kid , they responded with hostility instead of resolving the issue. They said if they will rehear our prepared kid's food in thier kitchen , it may contain some bacterias and there may be some infections which may expand in their kitchen . Customer service is just as important as the food, and this place failed miserably on both fronts. I wouldn’t recommend this outlet to anyone and definitely won't be coming back."
