The behavior of all the staff and management is very polite. Recently enjoyed staying at Sagar Ratan Bhootnath in Lucknow, and I would like to share my review of the vegetarian dishes. I recently order food from Sagar Ratna, it is not registered on Zomato or swiggy . So had to order over call. They took order and I send location over call even though they were not able to deliver it. I was helping them till last until unless his dilevery boy shouted on me that "ni ho payega ma'am delivery sorry". Behaviour was very rude. Agar apko smjh nahi hai ki location kaise dekhte then atleast u try to learn instead of shouting on customers. Service: 1
