We (Verma family) went there on 27th October, 2024 (Sunday). On the basis of Sagar Ratna's name and fame and its newly opened branch near us, thought to be a best South Indian tastes of food items. We ordered for two masala dosa. There was no South Indian natural spices taste in masala, chutneys and Sambhar. Filled masala was like Gharelu Parantha's filling. Coconut chutney was tasted like dried coconut paste and even green chutney was flavoured like packed souce. Sambhar was also in very cheap taste, having no South Indian taste a bit of. It was like boiled vegetables dipped in Knor soup. Quantity was also not much better as expected by Sagar Ratna's popularities. Rates are not resembling with dishes' quantity and quantity. Mineral water bottle was billed Rs. 29! GST extra also. Really it was a very worst experience first time in Sagar Ratna's branch.
