Hotel Sagar is pretty near Sri Krishna Temple. Trying nicely cooked seafood is a pleasant experience here. According to the reviewers' opinions, the staff can be downscale. Terrific service is something that guests don't like at this restaurant. A number of visitors think that prices are good for what you get. Went to get a bottle of water and cold drink in the afternoon, the owner was extremely rude and refused to let us sit inside. Moreover when we went to pay, he charged us extra stating that it is cold and the cooler needs electricity!!! And very rudely said this is not Dmart. After enjoying the hospitality of Udupi for a week, was extremely disappointed with this kind of horrible behavior... Would not recommend anyone to go here for anything.... Make sure you ask for price before ordering anything..If you assume some price and order after you finish your meals you gonna get heart attack seeing the bill..just loot mar hotel..taste no problem but over priced and even no mercy looting poor customers. Sir all the fishes are marked as seasonal....as your already familiar the price of the fish keeps on raising or decreaseing as per seasonal changes....we would suggest you to ask for the price before ordering if you think we changed you any extra money for your food (no offence) hope you understand
