1 Star (only because 0 is not possible) This was honestly the worst food experience of my life. I had heard about Hotel Sagar at NSP West, but now I regret even stepping in. I ordered chicken sweet corn soup, and after 25 mins of waiting, they brought me Manchow soup instead — like seriously?? Not even close. When I pointed it out, they didn’t care at all. And the spoon was really rusted Then came the Chicken Akbari Tikka... or should I say boiled chicken on a plate. It was bland, tasteless, and had absolutely no tikka feel. Just horrible. The Triple Rice? Easily the worst I’ve ever eaten. Cold, soggy, and tasted like it was made yesterday. It was so unhygienic — even a cockroach was roaming around our table and no one seemed to care. It was disgusting. Plates were also dirty On top of that, the waiter kept staring at us the whole time which made us feel very uncomfortable. And guess what? They even charged me ₹25 for something I was never served. No explanation, no apology. Please don’t waste your money here. Bad food, bad service, unhygienic place. Total disappointment. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
