(In short:- Four of us went and today 3 of us have stomach badly affected today. We felt that shortly after having food.) Four of us went and ordered four dishes including 2 starters 1 starter was burnt and had to be replaced and again came unsatisfactory. 1 subzi of paneer was very bad in taste. Quality if dosa and paneer was really bad. Fried idli was seemed to be dipped in oil. Really bad experience. Audacity was that they put the burnt food also in the bill. Although we paid without asking them to remove because of our values. But I would absolutely speak here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹600–800

I would like to raise a serious complaint regarding the food I had at Sagar Ratna on Saturday at approximately 10:00 PM. I ordered two plain dosas, and shortly after eating them I developed significant abdominal pain around my upper abdomen/navel area along with nausea. The pain became uncomfortable enough that I had to seek medical attention, where I was given injections and medication. I understand that stomach pain can have different causes, but the symptoms started after consuming the food, so I am concerned about the quality, preparation, freshness, or hygiene of the food served. I request you to please investigate this incident, including the food preparation and hygiene standards followed at the outlet. I would appreciate a proper response regarding this complaint and appropriate action to prevent such incidents from happening to other customers.
