The Winter special Sarso Ka Saag Makke Ki Roti Which cost me 331 Rs. Including C&SGST for dinner . I was hungry, when food hit the table it was night mare , Saag was so salty and didn't seem like saag rather Salty green chutney , The Makke Ki roti was thinnest to its core , Papad syle and didn't taste good . Unable to even finish one Roti , when requested for packing of the saag and roti was denied bluntly and was not ready to listen to the feedback .Finally the manager of the sagar ratna who heard my feedback back assured the dish will be remade and be packed . Which he did . Thank you to him at least he did his best to save the brand reputation. My feedback is please taste the food before you serve . So that customer doesn't go empty stomach even after paying for the food. What is the purpose of the food if it's not edible at the time of hunger. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1
