Very bad customer service staff behaviour and management is very rude even owner as well they are not accept any complaint of their staff and manager like mistake or misbehaviour by staff and manager. I am not recommended to any one to go their specially with family. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: ₹2,000+

Extremely Poor Quality and Service at Sagar Ratna I visited Sagar Ratna and was highly disappointed with both the food quality and the service. The restaurant served stale chapatis that were merely reheated, despite raising the issue three separate times. The service quality was unacceptable, and it appeared that the staff were attempting to serve old food as fresh, which is completely unprofessional and unhygienic. The floor manager lacked basic customer service skills, showing no concern or response to customer feedback and behaving in an indifferent manner. Such negligence towards food quality and customer satisfaction is extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place if you value your money and dining experience.
