Very bad customer service staff behaviour and management is very rude even owner as well they are not accept any complaint of their staff and manager like mistake or misbehaviour by staff and manager. I am not recommended to any one to go their specially with family. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: ₹2,000+

I visited this location of Sagar Ratna with my family for lunch and we ordered three items. One was given after 15 minutes and the other two took about 20 more minutes to get there. And then we asked for some other stuff and it took them forever to give that, while Our food was getting cold. The service was pathetic. It was not even very busy. They should look into training the staff better. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
