Loved them. They are the best in Service. I had mc donalds takeaway while mys friends wanted to eat in Sagar Ratna. When I asked, the staff was so polite and only made sure that it was not eating non veg. Thats it. Rest they offered me plates, Finger bowl. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Its been a favourite for years. . we had a quick meal there last week. With the renovation going on there is just a small space .. the price of 2 dosas in this small space with just table and chairs seemed extremely excessive. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹200–400

I recently visited Sagar Ratna in cyber hub, Gurugram and ordered Lemon Rice, expecting the usual quality associated with the brand. However, the experience was highly disappointing. Firstly, the taste was completely off; it felt more like plain fried rice with barely any lemon flavor. There was no zest, no tanginess, and no authentic South Indian touch that you’d expect from a dish like this. Secondly, the portion size was shockingly small for the price. At ₹250 per plate, they served just one small bowl of rice, which isn’t even enough for a single person. It’s unacceptable that such a well-known chain would compromise both quality and quantity to this extent. Overall, it felt like a complete waste of money. If a dish isn’t satisfying in either taste or portion size, it simply isn’t worth it. Definitely a bad experience, and I wouldn’t recommend ordering Lemon Rice from here.
