Excellent Food, but Service and Cutlery Need Attention at Sagar Ratna The food at Sagar Ratna was truly excellent—my family loved it! The dishes were spot-on. The Madras Idli Fries, Biryani, and Palak Paneer are an absolute must-try; they were all delicious. The portion sizes were generous, and considering the quality, the rates also felt reasonable. However, there was one areas that could be improved: * Cutlery: This needs a major upgrade. Honestly, the sight of the cutlery was a real turn-off; my daughter even asked me to walk out just looking at it. LOL A restaurant serving food of this quality should invest in better, well-maintained utensils. Verdict: Go for the fantastic food, but be prepared for a potential wait in case of rush hours (we went on a Saturday evening for dinner) and cutlery which will ensure that you don't miss your home (steel plates) The taste is worth the visit!
