We had a very disappointing experience at Sagar Ratna, Sector 17, Chandigarh. We ordered Paneer Dosa, Masala Dosa, and Chana Puri. The taste of both the dosas was very poor — the batter seemed stale, and the dosas were half-cooked. When we raised this issue with the manager, his response was extremely rude. He said we should have specified whether we wanted a crisp dosa, which was quite strange because we have eaten dosas at other Sagar Ratna outlets in Mohali and Panchkula, and they’ve always maintained consistent quality and taste. Even the chana with puri was completely bland and tasteless. We expect better food quality and professional behavior, especially from a well-known restaurant chain like Sagar Ratna.
