Elante Mall Chandigarh Sagar Ratna.. Most poorly managed Sagar Ratna in Chandigarh.. the electronic token system is taken for a ride as they can keep you waiting for 15 minutes at the counter despite the token number showing on the display. Above all the lady at the counter AMAN can misbehave and say this is how the things work here.. you should learn to have patience.. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
