The quality is degrading day by day. We saw a mouse running in restaurant. Toilets area is very dirty with bins over running with litter. Even personal water bottles not allowed which are even mandated by supreme court in theatres. Very rude behaviour by staff. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Extremely disappointed with the solution given to me. I had ordered 3-plain dosa (₹210 x 3 =₹630.00) I was sent 3-Onion plain dosa (₹245x3=₹735.00) My son does not eat onions so the order is a total waste for me. I had ordered 1-Onion plain dosa and 1-Medu Vada for myself, which is ok. I cannot consume dosas than what I had ordered for myself and my son cannot eat onions. Although a more expensive item was sent to me it is no use. I am regular client of Sagar Ratna so I am very disappointed.
