we ordered 4 pcs Gulab jamun. One of them was not in best of shape as if something has bitten it(Have pic.).. If it got damaged while packing then it should have been replaced with intact pc.

Extremely disappointed with the solution given to me. I had ordered 3-plain dosa (₹210 x 3 =₹630.00) I was sent 3-Onion plain dosa (₹245x3=₹735.00) My son does not eat onions so the order is a total waste for me. I had ordered 1-Onion plain dosa and 1-Medu Vada for myself, which is ok. I cannot consume dosas than what I had ordered for myself and my son cannot eat onions. Although a more expensive item was sent to me it is no use. I am regular client of Sagar Ratna so I am very disappointed.
