Terrible experience. We have been visiting this restaurant from many years and we always had a good opinion about it. But this time it was horrible. We had ordered chicken soups, chicken satay, chicken crispy and chicken tandoori. The soups had no problem with them. But all the other chicken dishes were terrible. The chicken satay was a little good but the chicken in it was really hard to chew. Then we order chicken tandoori which arrived in no time. But as we started to eat it, the chicken was uncooked. Not even properly cooked it was almost raw. We called the waiter and returned it immediately. Also as the dish was uncooked and raw they didn't charged us for it. But then we order chicken crispy which also arrived almost immediately. As we proceeded to take a bite, this chicken was also un cooked. It was almost like trying to take a bite out of rubber. This was happening consecutively 2nd time in a row. We demanded to call the manager but the waiters refused to do so. They were disrespectful. Since the 2nd dish in a row was raw, we cancelled all the further orders of ours. As the manager realised there was a problem, that man cleared our table and directly handed us the bill through which he was indicating us to leave. This was very disrespectful and disappointing. We even told the manager to try the chicken crispy for himself which was raw but he kept denying and told us to leave. Even tho the crispy was raw and we returned it, they included it in our bill. We had to argue with them to remove it from the bill. It was an awful experience. Never expected this from Cafe Sagar. Truly disappointed. 1 on 10.
