I’ve been visiting Sagar Gaire for many years, but it’s not the same as it used to be 5 years ago. I recently had Chole Kulche, but the taste was disappointing. The kulche felt more like naan, and the chole were completely tasteless — no tangy flavor at all, just like plain boiled chole. Really miss the old taste!
