While the food was good, the customer service was truly disappointing. I was waiting with my kids for our white sauce pasta when a random female customer came in and requested a veg sauce pasta to be served immediately. Shockingly, the server asked me if he could give my order to her. I politely declined, explaining that my kids were hungry and we had already been waiting. Despite this, just five minutes later, the same customer received her order—and I was told to wait another 5 minutes. I raised the issue with the manager, who assured me he would handle it, but nothing changed. We still ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes with no resolution or apology. Sagar Gaire was once known for both great food and service, but this experience was a huge letdown. The most frustrating part was that no one took responsibility for the mismanagement. Opening a new branch should mean maintaining the same high standards—not compromising on customer care. I won’t be returning here, simply because the service was handled so poorly.
