I hd askd them multiple times to add less oil to Mughalai Biryani bt they always put extra oil n made it Greasy Mughalai Biryani. When I updated this to waiter and cashier they jst casually told tht they wl inform n did nt replace with less oil. They jst make money n did not do any refund or replace n the worst thing is they did nt even apologize. customer focused service is zero. They do not value customers money.
