I had been to this place with my two kids and ordered noodles and munchoori since they couldn't complete full platter so asked staff to pack the leftover in serving bowl (not which is left in plate) but he refused on face and gave me parcel box to pack on myself. They are not customer friendly nor professional. Can starve but never enter to this hotel pathetic.

If I could give 0 stars I would as they have worst coustomer satisfaction and I ordered and didn't recieve my food even after 1hr so I left Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹2,000+

Wonderful after renovation this new shanthi sagar. Been here before but was not memorable. The renovated restaurant not just looks good, the food was yum. Coffee coffee coffee.. You can and will want to drink more than one cup.

The standout item for me was the avarekaalu uppitu. They gave this with spicy chutney Poha - the dry sweet spiiiicy one on top of the uppitu. It was yummy yum. This was the Mangalore famous combo Sajjige Bajil:) :) :)

The medhu dosa plate comes with 2 dosas, chutney and saagu..the dosa chutney is OK, saagu bland. The masala puri had fresh crispy puri and tasted very good.
