Taking time to deliver food was understandable during peak season. Folks who reached later than us were getting served for the same menu. The manager was being rude by ignoring us when we were trying to voice out our queries/complaints. Had food poisoning due to curd rice I had in this shop. Had to use the washroom, the spoilt urinal was not labelled, so my time there became worse. 100% NOT a recommended restaurant. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The food was decent, but our overall experience was disappointing. After placing our order, we were left unattended for nearly 30 minutes, and our food took almost an hour to arrive. We understand that the restaurant might have been dealing with a large crowd, but what frustrated us the most was seeing customers who arrived after us being served before us. When we approached the manager for clarification, he simply ignored us, which felt extremely rude. Additionally, the washroom was poorly maintained—the door wouldn’t even lock. As tourists, we expected better service and hospitality. We hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves their customer service. This restaurant with beautiful ambience is situated in the peace of Cantonment Varanasi behind Rama's Sweets. Providing pure veg meals, they provide the best in terms of taste.
