I had ordered dinner today from Saffron Cafeteria. Chicken Triple schezwan rice, Chicken chilly dry and Chicken fried rice. Food packaging and portion size were fine. Chicken chilly dry was good in terms of taste and portion size. But the rice was a little undone, it had a bite, I understand Chinese fried rice normally has a bite in them as they get cooked when being tossed in the wok. But here the case was different, rice tasted hard because it was undercooked. But overall I found the taste, quality and portion size good enough. Will surely order again. Btw I loved their Schezwan chutney, Im not very fond of it bcos of added colours but I tasted this and I must say its exceptional, kind off homestyle.
