The Saffron Restaurant is recommended for the knowledgeable staff. The terrific service is something these restaurateurs care about. From the guests' viewpoint, prices are good. I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my recent order from Saffron Kalka placed through Swiggy. The order included Hakka Noodles and Manchurian Gravy, and it was delivered after an excessive delay of about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Upon delivery, I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the food. The Manchurian gravy was completely watery, and both items had a strong, unpleasant smell, indicating they were not fresh. Additionally, the noodles were raw and entirely not in an edible condition. The overall quality of the food was unacceptable and far below any reasonable standard.
