Very disappointing experience We were four people waiting for a table for almost 30 minutes in the rain and were first on the waiting list. About 20 minutes later, a group of five arrived. When the first table for four became available, the staff gave it to the group of five instead of us. When we questioned this, we were told that since we were only four people, “your bill will be less.” When we objected, the manager, Padam Singh, told us, “Why are you waiting? You can leave easily.” It was already nighttime, so we had no practical option but to stay and eat. Unfortunately, after the meal, we suffered from diarrhea, which made the experience even worse. We are genuinely concerned about the quality and hygiene of the food served. What was most disappointing was the attitude of Manager Padam Singh and his staff, who appeared to be laughing throughout the incident instead of handling the situation professionally. Very poor customer service and a deeply disappointing experience. I would expect the management to take this complaint seriously and look into both the staff’s behaviour and the food quality. The biggest disappointment was the food—the taste was not good at all. The starters and desserts were okay, but overall, at ₹630, it definitely wasn’t worth the money. The staff also seemed to ignore us and the service was disappointing. Overall, not a good experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: ₹400–600

I made mistake today while approached saffron restaurant. Behaviour of white shirts are like they are doing ehsaan on customers,. I visited with 8 other family members on 26thJune night, 10:15pm as i already booked the unlimited dinner package via phone for 9 persons @ 10pm &?reached bit delayed by 15 minutes, they denied us at the entrance as restaurant will be closed on 11pm & mentioned us that you people will cause delay more than 11pm,. I am a frequent traveller & this is the first restaurant where I request service person to let us sit and we will not order anything after 11pm, firstly they denied but when my wife & 2 other ladies from my family requested they somehow allow to sit. And now the game began, nobody came to us foe services till 15-20 minutes, i was impatient and called the white shirt person for order , somehow he came with tablet type gadget but was not able to handle that might be little drunk, the black shirt taken the order without tablet, now the service starts we asked for water got 2 bottles but no glasses, waited 10minutes for glasses to drink water, in between they thrown every item of package but were not hot they were soggy, every waiter was in very hurry, some time food spoiled on the table while serving. Even providing the tissue papers they have taken sufficient time. It was a very bad experience with this restaurant, being 9 people group I pulled 2 extra chairs from nearby empty tables, these orange colour chairs were not clean, food particles were scattered on them , no hygiene & cleaning by restaurants staff. Even providing the cutlery forks spoons & soup spoons they were taking times. If this continues the day is not far people will make distance,. At the time of payment the white colour staffer argued me on Point of Sales machine. What a disgusting pathetic staff & their behaviour. Now I doubt the food preparation in kitchen which is not in front of customers. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: ₹600–800 Recommendation for vegetarians: Would not recommend Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian Vegetarian options: No hygiene & white shirt staffers behaving very rude, no go restaurant Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Kid-friendliness: No as not hygienic Wheelchair accessibility: Not seen
