Amazing food. We had two types of Sushi, and they were prepared to perfection. The baos were pillow soft and very filling. The cocktails were tasty and well worth the price. Great ambiance, great service. Definitely recommended! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Saffron: We have been regular customers at Saffron, Pathankot, visiting the restaurant at least seven times in the past month. Unfortunately, our most recent experience was extremely disappointing and left us questioning whether we will return again. We ordered two paneer burgers and one chicken burger. The chicken burger was fine, but the paneer burgers were completely off. There was something wrong with the taste. We barely took a few bites before deciding to raise our concerns with the management. To our shock, instead of addressing the issue or offering any resolution, the staff was dismissive. They refused to acknowledge the problem with the food, and instead, we were told that we had to pay the full bill—despite the issue clearly being with their food quality. When we told the staff to please let us talk to the manager, The waiter said that he is the manager, this is so unprofessional. This level of unprofessionalism and refusal to resolve customer complaints is unacceptable. As regular customers, we expected at least a basic level of respect and care in resolving the situation. Instead, we were treated as though our concerns were invalid. We were charged in full for a meal we didn’t even finish, and our loyalty seemed to mean nothing. This kind of behavior is disgraceful, and we will not be visiting again. It’s clear that Saffron has lost its commitment to customer satisfaction. We strongly advise others to think twice before dining here, as they don't seem to care about their customers' experience once they've paid. Good evening Mr. Rajnish Kalra Ji, Greetings from Team Saffron. First of all we would like to thank you for letting us serve you multiple times during the last month as you have mentioned. We really value your business and association with us. After careful follow up with the service team, I would like to address your concern as follows:- 1. Regarding the food taste, the concerns were raised from your side after having consumed a major portion of the said burgers. The server politely offered to change your Burger, which was denied from your side. 2. Our dedicated service team works tirelessly for the amazing experiences of the customers, hence our Manager also actively deals with the customers on the restaurant floor. Thus, assuming that our manager is a waiter and subsequent affirmation from his side being a Manager denied by you is misplaced and unfounded. 3. Lastly, I was disappointed when I was informed that you were pressing for a discount even before your meal had begun. It was really hurtful to hear that a regular guest like yourself wanted his Loyalty to be weighed in terms of a meagre monetary discount and not the quality of hospitality we try to offer.
