Let me tell you about my recent adventure at “Saffron”—a place that redefines disappointment. I booked a table for my mother's birthday, a special occasion we were all looking forward to. Upon arrival, we were casually informed that our reservation was essentially meaningless and that we couldn't get the table we had booked. No apologies, no solutions, just a shrug. The lack of customer service was astounding. It's as if the staff were actively trying to avoid eye contact and any form of interaction. The utter disregard for honoring a reservation, especially on a birthday, is beyond comprehension. It set the tone for an evening of frustration and unmet expectations. If you're looking for a restaurant that values your time and commitments, steer clear of this place. They’re more likely to leave you standing at the door with a ruined celebration. Dear Sir, The bookings done are always of “number of members” and not of a specific table or area. Your family was welcomed and given an appropriate table, which you chose to disregard, subsequently demanding an already reserved table.
