Worst service and food in Jamshedpur....Staff doesn't know how to talk with customers....They can't handle a small crowd because they are under staff and when you complain about anything then they will show attitude. Big no for Family outing and gathering... Atmosphere will kill your appetite. Worst Service, worst staff, worst restaurant. Aaa aaa thhhuuuu Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It has deteriorated significantly over the years. They are in a hurry to take your orders, and will argue with you for that unnecessarily. However, food takes forever to come. Very slow, inattentive and lax service. You have to repeat your requests to multiple waiters. I observed the same from other tables as well. All gravy dishes taste the same. One waitress even tried to stoppemy son from taking sugar cubes and fennel seeds at the end, when we were not around. The children have decided not to visit this restaurant anymore, and I cannot disagree. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We ordered chicken chow mien and chilli chicken non-spicy, because of the kids, also we asked if the cook can cut the chicken pieces into half, straightaway rudely order taker said not possible. When we opened the food packets at home we found they had given schezwan noodles instead of chicken chow mien and the chilli chicken was so spicy inedible. So we through half of the food and kids were almost in tears because we had to order the food again from another restaurant. Never again saffron and not recommending at all-weather to dine in or take away.
