My latest booking with Saffron grill was confirmed. The booking was for 10pm. Despite that, the restaurant made us wait for 30 mins and after that the restaurant staff tells us that they are understaffed and to quote them “we don’t have anyone to clean the tables” which is absolutely ridiculous. There were random people walking in and grabbing tables because the person who is supposed to be at the reception desk is busy serving inside. Staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. When asked the restaurant why was the reservation accepted when they’re overbooked, they said they can’t do anything about it. Absolutely pathetic service.
