My visit to The Sepron Hotel was average. The main issue I faced was related to staff behavior, which could be improved. The communication style was not very polite, and customer handling did not feel professional at times. Good hospitality plays an important role in creating a positive experience, and I feel the hotel can do much better by focusing on staff training and customer interaction. With a little improvement in behavior and service attitude, the overall experience can become much better. In this week we ordered twice special thali but both times dal and paneer dish is totally tasteless, sweet dish also not a good taste.Many times we ordered the food from The saffron but in this week food quality is very poor Kindly improve your standards.
