If there was 0 star or minus 1 star, I would give them that. One of the worst customer service ever. Don't go to this restaurant. There are other similar restaurant that offer similar food. Their policy is always "the customer is always wrong" even though they make a mistake. Even if they acknowledge that mistake they will justify that it's not their fault and blame the customer for not checking properly. This is what happened to us. I will never go to this restaurant anymore. My dad who had been visiting that restaurant for years had witnessed this horrible customer service and couldn't believe his eyes. Customers beware and don't be fooled by their food. They will sell you items you didn't order. They will manipulate the bill into charging items that you did not order or if they don't have the item you ordered they will still continue to sell the accompanied gravey without the rice or chappatti. If you go and challenge them, they will say mistakes happen but its not our fault as we are human. In return they will not correct their wrong. They will continue to say "The customer is always wrong".
