It was really great stay at Safal Retreat at Reception warmly welcomed us by Ms.Vijanti and Mr.Satish....also the rooms and services were quite good with really calm and nature forest nearby... L

This review is in particular for Mr. Rohit, the GM at Safal Retreat which he keeps reminding to the clients receiving their services. We have never come across such an arrogant, ill behaved and high headed person at such position ever in the the hospitality sector. His behaviour surely doesn't justify the position he holds.His tone and behaviour is highly offensive and derogatory to the clients as if he is doing us a favour for the services that we have actually paid for. The clients after giving u lakhs of business expect some politeness at the least. We travelled all the way from Delhi to host our family and friends for our special event and your behaviour after going back on your commitments was the most terrible experience we have ever encountered. I Would be willing to provide the details of our horrible experience if anyone wants to connect before considering this property for their events. Would never recommend anyone to consider Safal Retreat till the time this man is the so called self acclaimed GM of this property. Worst hospitality experience ever.

In this particular case, our team, including our General Manager, handled the situation with patience and calmness. Unfortunately, some members of your group behaved in a highly inappropriate manner with our staff, raising their voices in the lobby and creating a disturbance for other guests without valid reasons. Despite our repeated attempts to resolve matters politely, the behavior remained disrespectful. We value and respect all our guests, while also maintaining dignity for our staff and ensuring a pleasant environment for everyone staying at our property. Hospitality is about mutual respect, and shouting at team members is never acceptable in any hotel or service industry. We sincerely wish you all the best for your future travels, but we also kindly request that respectful conduct be maintained towards hospitality professionals anywhere you choose to stay. The stay was good and the room was spacious. The restaurant can be a hit or a miss. The food was good sometimes, and sometimes too bad for a hotel of this repute.
