A disgrace to fine dining, Never visiting again! (This is my first negative review since I began writing here) Unfortunately visited Sadguru Snacks expecting a pleasant dining experience as it has an elegant ambience, but I was disappointed. No doubt that the restaurant has set the atmosphere beautifully, but it is a perfect example that a restaurant needs much more than just good decor to create a positive experience. 'मोठ्या घराचा पोकळ वासा' is saying in my language which perfectly goes for this place. Service orientation is absolutely necessary and it was severely lacking here. Despite of waiting for 15-20 minutes, not a single server approached me or even acknowledged my presence with a menu card. It is really surprising how a restaurant with such a sophisticated setup could neglect basic service. The servers seemed untrained and completely unaware of how to engage with customers. नुसते फिरत असतात इकडून तिकडून रिकाम-टेकड्या सारखे. The management must seriously invest in training their staff to handle guests efficiently and understand the fundamentals of the service industry. Ambience alone won’t bring customers back. Guys, don’t be fooled by their decor, the lack of proper service will ruin your experience. Honestly I wouldn't recommend this damn restaurant to anyone.

Dear sir. We are not a fine dining restaurant. As to service being slow, we are currently in the process of training new staff who will take some time to adhere to SOP. We feel your attitude and words are very harsh and unnecessary. As to your complaint about not having anyone serve you or take your order for 20 mins is farly exagerrated and unappreciated. We checked the cameras and spoke to our employees( who We are understaffed with) and realised you must have waited not more than 5 mins for the server to place your order. Your attitude towards our employees was also very unbecoming and rude. And we appreciate you never visiting our restaurant again, because we have many beautiful loyal customers who are understanding of our issues and know how to behave and talk to our employees. Again I would like you understand, we are not a fine dining restaurant. We give good healthy food at cheap rates, which you can compare with other restaurants if you like. We are thankful that you shall take your business elsewhere and not visit us again. From our experience with you, we also would prefer to not have rude and arrogant customers as such. God bless.
