We visited this hotel as a group of 10 people. One person in our group is pure vegetarian, so we brought veg bhaji from another hotel. The owner did not allow it, even though the rest of us were eating here. This behavior was very disappointing and not customer-friendly. No flexibility or understanding shown. Won’t recommend this place to others.

All that, we asked them clearly whether we could bring pure veg main course from outside, and they did not allow it. So we trusted the hotel and ordered pure veg food from their menu. To our shock, there was a mix-up with a chicken piece in the veg dish. This is completely unacceptable, especially for people who strictly follow a pure vegetarian diet. We were deeply hurt and disturbed. It caused us mental stress and heartbreak, and ruined our entire experience. Such negligence with food is very serious. We expected basic respect for customer sentiments, but this hotel failed badly. Never expected this from Hotel Sadanand. Not recommended at all.
