The biryani was not hot. I had to heat it in the microwave. I called the Khar outlet. My delivery address was close to the outlet too.Harsh from Sadak Chaap Khar initially said that the food must not have been hot because the rider was late. However, Zomato's delivery rider was before time. He was almost 10 minutes before time. I called him again, and shared this with him. He said he will speak to his head about what happened. I am not sure if they will actually do something about it. I did not ask them to replace the order as I would have to eat my dinner late at night, and i understand it may be a hassle for them to make it again. But they did not even offer a food replacement when I mentioned that my food was not hot. As a customer, I feel dissatisfied.

I ordered a veg chaap yesterday and being a pure vegetarian what I recd was shocking.
I recd a non veg boti chaap disgusting
