Very disappointing experience at Sabka Restaurant, Royal Dine-In (2nd floor). Service was extremely poor—we waited a long time just to place our order. One customer even left the restaurant due to the delay. Food quality was below average. The BBQ platter was cold and dry, ghee rice was half-cooked, salad was not worth the price, and the special chicken gravy was overloaded with sauce and lacked taste. We paid the amount as charged, In return, customers expect good food and proper service for the value of money, which was clearly lacking. No staff checked on us after serving the food. I would not recommend this place for family dining or group occasions. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+
