The staff is rude and owner only want money owner is very rude and staff is taking time for a biryani and talking bad words and we have ordered rumali roti they give me shawarma and shawarma is very dirty and unhygienic

Pathetic service I have ordered 30people Biryani handi after pickup I found 15 people chicken pieces and they calculate manual For gst and taxes if you paid through online and add extra money because wrong calculation after I returned the empty handi informed the same they are not ready to listen your word they are doing scam they only know very well how to argue with customers the hotel is from Nizam time it's been 40 years old they don't do mistakes only customers is wrong change the service and Stop argument with customers Stop doing scams I never recommend to others and you are not deserve for a single star Service: 1
