SYMPHONY CAFE is pretty near Old Secretariat. It's a pleasant experience to try nicely cooked pork, dumplings and chicken soup. Good coffee will make your meal better and you'll surely come back.
Sadly, if you look through the guests' reviews, the staff is cute at this cafe. Fast service is something guests like here. There is calm atmosphere at SYMPHONY CAFE, as clients see it. But this place hasn't got a high rating from Google users.
