The cake was not that nice compared to other stores. The staff are least bothered about customers. They are talking always amongs themselves . Wont recommend buying from here instead u can go with Warm Over Cake & desserts on zomato. They make very tasty cakes. Try them out instead of wasting money here.

Quality issues. Found hair in the middle of the cake.i ordered cake on zomato with swiss bakes and zomato just refused to take responsibilities about this. @Swiss bakes: please try to maintain hygiene this cake was for someone's birthday and you guys spoiled it . This is not at all acceptable from you. If you want i can share video and photos of the cake which you have delivered. Please going forward do not spoil someone's birthday.
