I used to love Swati Restaurant, Junagadh — their Punjabi food was among the best in town years ago. Sadly, that’s no longer the case. My recent experience was deeply disappointing. We ordered multiple dishes: paneer sabji, various veg sabji, and Chinese Manchurian — but everything tasted bad. It seems like they just dump spices in, with no balance or authentic flavor. The paneer was bland or over-spiced, the veg sabjis had no depth of taste, and the Manchurian was a shadow of what it should be. It was so bad that we ended up throwing away all the food. For the prices they charge, I expected much better. If you’re looking for good Punjabi food in Junagadh, there are many better options. Swati needs to seriously revisit their recipes and quality control — otherwise, it’s just not worth the visit. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
