The restaurant has good ambience and the seat arrangement are overall good , the place is mostly clean and tidy....but when it comes to delivery of dine... the service is slow .... i had to wait an hour to have mutton karadi and naan...... inspite of delivering late the mutton was semi cooked .... when we complained about the issue... the waiter , chef and reception denied about the half cooked mutton .... and backout from exchanging the dish....along with it they charged the total amount of the dish.... I am sorry to say that in the onging setting restaurant have just became a point of photo shoot, good abience , lighting by creating a appeling atmosphere... waving theirs hand away from their main occupation, which is delivering good food.... Its high time , you seriously need to focus on quality food and service..... Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,800–2,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Best Dining Experience Ever! I recently visited SWAD, and it was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, with a beautiful blend of modern elegance and cozy charm. The service was impeccable. Our server was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the menu. They gave excellent recommendations, and every dish we ordered exceeded expectations. We started with the chicken tikka and paneer pakoda , which was a perfect balance of flavors and textures—crisp, fresh, and absolutely delicious. For the main course, I had the naan along with chicken tikka butter masala and butter paneer masala , and it was, without a doubt, one of the best meals I’ve ever had. The presentation was stunning, and the flavors were incredibly well-developed. My dining companion had the veg biryani , which was equally amazing. Every detail, from the food to the service to the atmosphere, was flawless. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just in the mood for an exceptional meal, SWAD is a must-visit. I can’t wait to come back! There is no one yet to beat this restaurant in terms of quality and service along with charming atmosphere in the entire sahibganj.. Also , i would like to highlight the fact that "Walking into SWAD , i was immediately struck by the captivating art that adorns the walls .I came to know through my family that these paintings were created by the owner himself ,which adds a personal and intimitate touch to the dining Experience....Its clear that the art was not just a decortive but a reflection of the owner's creativity and passion. Hats off to you sir for ur beautiful creation...
