I visited this place based on the great reviews and ordered two takeaway items. Unfortunately, the experience was highly disappointing. Instead of Chicken 65, they had packed Manchurian. The curd rice was poorly prepared and not fully cooked. When I pointed out the error with the bill and the wrong item, the manager insisted that this is how they make Chicken 65 in Andhra —clearly trying to cover up their mistake. This kind of response is unacceptable and shows a lack of accountability. A very disappointing experience overall.
