Pathetic service.. after placing the order, confirmation takes atleast 4 to 5 hours and after that also the order doesn't gets confirmed... It shows no delivery agent assigned and the order get's cancel automatically... Better to use swiggy or Zomato.... This app is almost a dead one..

This app will likely close down if same situation prevails, order cancelled without knowing, also customer care number is useless doesn't receive any call, even I heard that a particular restaurant doesn't even know about the order. @Sugaree you should not expand your base area if there is no customer service and if there is no proper coordination with the restaurant with the hope of competing with the likes of Zomato and Swiggy etc also marketing gimmick by increasing the price of that item in name of discount.

Useless app, cancel order without any information, no response from Customer care, no refund. Never use this app. Better use Swiggy, Zomato at little higher price.
