I am a biriyani lover and I try different biriyani in burdwan. Star Biriyani is best all of them. The taste, flavour of the biriyani is awesome even it can beat all the famous biriyani shops. The price is very low mutton biriyani full with 2 mutton is 200 rs. The quality of mutton is very good also. Give a try to this shop. The chicken chap is not good. I don't like the chap. Taste is surprisingly good for such a low price. Items are always freshly prepared, so you get that just-cooked flavour every time. Hygiene, however, isn’t up to the mark, and the seating arrangements could definitely be improved. Chicken Biryani (Half ₹70, Special ₹100):. They sprinkle a secret masala on top of the prepared biryani, which really lifts the flavour. The potato is properly cooked, and the alu bokhara adds a mild, tangy note. They don’t seem to use much ghee, but the taste remains unique and genuinely enjoyable. I recently visited Star Biryani and was thoroughly impressed! The biryani had the perfect balance of flavors – aromatic spices, tender chicken, and perfectly cooked rice. The dish was rich but not overwhelming, with just the right level of heat. The service was quick. The side dishes, especially the Chicken chaap and Salad, complemented the biryani well. Overall, it’s a great spot for biryani lovers, offering a delicious meal at a reasonable price. Highly recommend it!
