I ordered biryani today and while eating, I found a house fly. I initially removed that portion and continued but then I found a second house fly. At that point, I was completely disgusted and could not continue eating. The lack of hygiene is alarming and finding two flies back-to-back is unacceptable. I am highly disappointed and strongly advise others to avoid ordering food or dining in this restaurant.

Had an amazing dinner at SS Hyderabad Biryani West mambalam tonight! The Chicken Biryani and Tandoori were absolutely delicious, and the Bread Halwa was the perfect sweet ending. The food was tasty, and the portions were generous—fully satisfying! Big thanks to the delivery person for their excellent coordination, and the young boy at the restaurant had a great attitude.
