1/5 Absolutely Disgusting Experience, Found a Worm in the Biryani! I visited S S Hyderabadi Biryani expecting a flavorful meal, but was completely horrified to find a worm in the chicken biryani I ordered. This is not just unacceptable, it’s a serious health hazard. The fact that such a lapse in hygiene and food safety could occur is deeply concerning. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, their response was dismissive and lacked any real apology or sense of urgency. The Manager was like you can leave without paying if you don't want to eat it. He was so rude and he was trying to make us leave the place before other customers ask questions to them. This is not an appropriate behaviour. There was no visible steps taken to address the issue. S S Hyderabad must prioritize cleanliness and customer safety and must take action on staffs like these. Based on this experience, I will never return and strongly advise others to be cautious before dining here.
