We are deeply sorry to hear about your terrible experience and finding a worm in your biryani. This is completely unacceptable and a serious breach of our standards. We sincerely apologize for the staff's dismissive response and their behaviour; this is not how we handle such critical matters. Please be assured we are investigating this immediately and reinforcing our hygiene protocols and staff training to prevent this from ever happening again.
