We have been having food here for more than 10 years on or way to Kotappakonda. This June it was the worst experience. The quality of food has deteriorated after the change in management. The hotel was empty when we went at 1 pm for lunch, even after getting renovation done and the looks are good now. Earlier it used to be buzzing with the customers. The taste of food(tried biryani and starters etc) was no where close to the earlier one. Hope the new management will take notice of this and take remedial measures. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1
